Our Know-How
At the Jam Museum, craftsmanship is the soul of everything we do. With over 20 years of experience as an artisan workshop for gourmet jams and preserves, we make each jar with dedication and care, selecting and preparing the raw ingredients by hand and cooking in small batches to respect the timing of each recipe.
Our production is 100% homegrown and national: all products are made in our workshop by a team of women over 40, champions of senior talent and guardians of traditional know-how.
Here, each jam tells a story cooked over a slow fire.
