Winter is the season par excellence for citrus fruits and, of course, for making jams and enjoying them all year round. That's why we have prepared a workshop where you can learn how to make two of our best jams: bitter orange and lemon, with the help of our chef Teresa Millàs.
You will take home what you have cooked and we will toast with a glass of cava.
